Scope

This Return Policy applies to all products and services provided by Cyber Defence Consultancy ("we," "us," or "our"). Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our cybersecurity solutions. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our services and/or products, we encourage you to contact us.

Eligibility for Returns

Consulting Services: Our refund process for consulting services allows clients to request a refund only if a written dispute is raised within 14 days of service delivery. 

Partner Products: Refunds for partner products can be processed if the client withdraws from the program within 7 days of the start date.

Non-Eligibility for Returns

Custom Solutions: Services that have been customized to meet a client's specific needs are non-refundable. 

Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered, it is non-refundable. 

Time-Based Services: Services billed on an hourly basis become non-refundable once the hours have been utilized.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us in writing within the eligible period, providing details of the service and reasons for the return request. 

Review Process: We will review your request within 7 business days and provide a response regarding your return policy inquiry. 

Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.

Exclusions and Special Considerations

In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to modify our return policy on a case-by-case basis.
